EasyJet is a low-cost airline based in the UK, London at Luton Airport. It belongs to the easyGroup of companies, which include Easy Internetcafé, easyCar, and easyHotel. EasyJet was one of the first airlines to take advantage of EU market reforms and then very quickly developed into the fourth largest airline in the European market behind Air France-KLM, Lufthansa and Ryanair.

EasyJet has fundamentally changed the airline industry in Europe by offering affordable flights to those on a small budget. The airline has also been innovative in the internet sector. EasyJet was the first-low cost airline to introduce a new online technology that allowed customers to look for and change bookings online along with being the first low fares airline to enable passengers to check in via the internet and print their tickets at home.
