Information about Jetstar Asia
Jetstar Asia Airways was founded in 2004 in Singapore by the Australian Qantas Airways, along with other investors, as another branch of the subsidiary Jetstar. The low cost carrier concentrates mainly on routes in the east Asian market and are now listed on the same website as the much larger Jetstar. Currently (summer 2007) the airline flies from Singapore to numerous large and interesting airports in the region, including Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Nagoya, Yangon, Manila, Taipei and Phuket.
