The best time to enjoy Mallorca and its festivals

Palma de Mallorca enjoys a hot Mediterranean climate especially during the summer months from the beginning of May through to the end of September. There is also car hire available at the airport which you can rent for the duration of your visit. Where public transport is concerned Palma de Mallorca has a reliable bus and metro network in the city, a much cheaper option than taxis. The city is quite small so you can walk around and explore at your leisure. Palma de Mallorca hotel accommodation average prices are about 50 Euros per person, per night. There are also hostels and B&Bs for 20 Euros. It's worth remembering that prices are higher during the peak season from July to September.
