The airport is about 16 miles northeast of Venice. Motorists please take the A27 to the end and then follow the signs to the airport departure terminal. Alternatively the airport is also accessible via the SS14 (Triestina).

Rail passengers take trains to Venezia-Mestre and then the ATVO shuttle bus "Fly Bus" that serves the airport every day from 5.20 a.m. to 10.15 p.m.

Passengers coming from Venice, from Piazza Roma take the bus number 5 operated by ACTV or the ATVO bus service to the airport. From Piazza San Marco, the airport may als be reached using a private motorboat or a water taxi.
