Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland. It is a  lovely city by the flood plains of River Lagan. It is the largest city in Northern Ireland and among the twenty biggest cities in the United Kingdom. Belfast is a welcoming, lovely city with many activities to do by day and a vibrant nightlife. The festival features jazz, dance, comedy, exhibitions and world music.
