Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland. It is a  lovely city by the flood plains of River Lagan. It is the largest city in Northern Ireland and among the twenty biggest cities in the United Kingdom. Belfast is a welcoming, lovely city with many activities to do by day and a vibrant nightlife. There is also an Asian festival called the Belfast Mela, which takes place in August. Or you can enjoy the Belfast festival that occurs in October. The festival features jazz, dance, comedy, exhibitions and world music.

Belfast is a very safe city.There are several interesting sights around the city. Most of these places, such as Cavehill and River Lagan, are best accessed on foot.
