Location

Opened in 1956, the airport is about 30 miles north east of Szczecin, near the city of Goleniów, also linked up with the polish railway network. Those arriving by car take the main road DK 6/ E 28. rail passengers take trains to Goleniów Glowny and then either take a taxi for the remaining 6 miles to the airport or take a train to Szczecin Glowny station and then use the shuttle buses operated by Ryanair and Norwegian Air Shuttle that run to the airport every day. these leave in front of the LOT Szczecin office.
