Location
The airport is 7 miles south east of downtown Redding. Passengers arriving by car from the direction of the Lassen Volcanic National Parks take the State Highway 44 to the first crossroads in Redding and then follow the signs to the airport southwards on the Airport Road. All other passengers take the Interstate 5 to exit #673 and then follow the Knighton Road and then follow the signs to the airport on Meadow View Drive.
Rail passengers take the "Coast Starlight" line to Redding Amtrak Station and then take a taxi. There is currently no shuttle service to the airport.
