Airport Kota Kinabalu BKI

Kota Kinabalu International Airport is one of the most important and one of the busiest airports in the Southeast Asian country Malaysia by annual traffic volume. Location

The airport is about 8 km or 5 miles south of downtown, on Highway # 1 towards Kampung Mook. Between the airport and the Wawasan Plaza (shopping mall) in the south of the city, there is a shuttle bus during the day that operates at 60 minute intervals. The minibus 17 of KK-Putatan also stops at the nearby main road, this goes directly into the city. Alternatively, please take a taxi or rent a car.
