Airport Ancona AOI

Ancona Airport, (it. Aeroporto di Ancona-Falconara) is also known as Ancona-Falconara Airport and is close to Falconara Marittima. It is the only commercial airport in the central Italian region of Marche in the Adria.

Regular scheduled flights are operated to the the capital Rome, from here further connections are available.

Location

The airport is about 10 miles west of the provincial capital Ancona. Passengers travelling by car please take the SS76, via the E55 or the SS16 between Fano and Ancona. Rail passengers take the train directly to CASTELFERRETI station. Or take trains to the main station in Ancona and then continue either by taxi for the remaining 10 miles or catch the shuttle bus that operates daily between 6.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. operated by Conerobus.
