History
The Scottish airline Loganair was founded on the 1st February 1962 in Glasgow.
Network
The airline's network includes the major airports in the Shetland and Orkney isles such as Sumburgh, Kirkwall, Stornorway, Benbecula or Barra, which are regularly served from Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. From its base in Glasgow, Loganair also flies to Londonderry and Dublin airport in Ireland.
