Location
Warsaw airport, opened in 1910, is south-west of Warsaw city centre and has an area slightly larger than 500 ha. The airport may be reached by road using the main road Zwirki i Wigury, which goes from Warsaw city centre to the airport. There are three car parking areas at the airport including a multi-storey car park next to the terminal building. There are also MZA buses operated by the municipalities of the city and the bus company Intercity Polski Express, which runs regular direct services to 30 cities in Poland.
