Airport Tirana Nënë Tereza TIA

Tirana International Airport Nene Tereza, also known as Rinas International Airport, is currently the only passenger airport in the south-east European Republic of Albania.

Location

Opened in 1958, the airport is about 14 miles north west of the city centre. From Tirana use the SH-3/E-852 towards Vore and then the SH-1/E-762 towards Fushe-Kruje and then follow the signs to the airport.

Rail and bus passengers head for Tirana main bus or rail station and then use the "Rinas Express". The shuttle bus runs daily from 6.00 am until 6.00 pm at 60 minute intervals.
