Parintins Airport is an important civilian airport in the Brazilian federal state of Amazona. Parintins is the second largest city in the state after Manaus and is located on the river island Tupinambarana , in the far east on the border with the neighbouring state, Pará. The capital Manaus is about 240 miles further west.
