Location
Opened for use in 1948, the airport is in the Palermo district, on the banks of the Rio del Plata. Between the airport and the station "Estación Retiro" (located 2 km south-east ) the Manuel Tienda León shuttle operates a regular service at 30 minute intervals. The bus then also serves the Buenos Aires - Ezeiza International airport which is 35 km from here. The journey takes approximately 1 h. The city buses 33 , 160 and 45 also stop at the airport. Alternatively, please take a taxi or rent a car (Hertz, AVIS).
