Fleet
Binter Canarias currently has 32 aircraft in its fleet, 27 ATR-72s and 5 Embraer E-190s.
History
Initially, Binter Canarias operated its first flights between Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma and Fuerteventura as a regional airline of the Iberia Group, later adding Lanzarote and El Hierro to its programme. After the opening of La Gomera airport in July 1999, Binter also started a connection to this island and is now the only airline present on all the Canary islands.
With the start of the internationalisation process in 2005, routes to Marrakech, Aaiún, Western Sahara, Madeira, Paris and Milan were also provided.

Binter Canarias is the most important regionally operating scheduled airline within the Canary Islands and currently offers more than 10 domestic and another 10 international flights from Gran Canaria and Tenerife North, such as to Santander, Zaragoza, Papmlona, Arrecife, La Palma, Madrid, Agadir, Marrakech, Dakar, Nouakchott, Funchal or Porto Santo.
