Leros Airport is an important nationally operating airport in Greece. It is in the north of the south Aegean island of the same name in the Dodecanese. Geographically the island is in Asia Minor and located exactly between Kalymnos and Patmos. The airport is administered by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority, which is also responsible for monitoring Greek aerospace.

Location
The airport, opened in 1994, is about 7 miles northwest of Platanos, the largest town on the island. A shuttle bus service is currently not available. There are taxis in every town and after each arrival at the airport.
