Location
The airport was opened in 1997 and is located approximately 2 miles south of the city centre. From Edremit use the D-550/E-87 (Izmir - Canakkale Yolu) to the turnoff for Bostanci and then follow the signs to the airport.
Bus passengers head for Edremit central bus station and then take a minibus (dolmus) or a taxi to the airport.
