History
The Caribbean airline Air Caraibes was launched in July 2000 as a result of the merger of the small regional airlines Air Guadeloupe, Martinique Air, Air St. Barthelemy and St. Martin Air in Pointe-a-Pitre. The primary objective of the airline is the regional transport of passengers. Since December 2003, the airport of Paris-Orly has been added as an intercontinental long-haul flight.
Network
Air Caraibes flies from its base in Pointe-a-Pitre and its other hub in Fort-de-France regularly to many regional destinations such as Belem, Cayenne, Havana, Panama City or San Jose and to Paris-Orly.
