In August 2009 Air Baltic's fleet consisted of 31 aircraft: 2 Boeing 757-200, 10 Boeing 737-500, 8 Boeing 737-300 and 11 Fokker 50 .
History
Air Baltic is one of the newest European airlines. Baltic International was founded in 1992 and merged with Latvian Airlines in 1995. The airline Air Baltic was therefore finally established in 1995. Air Baltic is owned by the Latvian government (80 %) and Aircraft Leasing 1 SIA (20 %).
Network
This airline operates flights from quite a few UK airports, for example London, Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool to a selection of destinations in Europe. Cities served include Vienna, Berlin, Amsterdam, Riga and Dublin.
