This takes approximately 40-75 minutes journey time. Or, you can opt for an express bus to Manhattan, Hudson Valley or Long Island. Taxis to Manhattan go for around $52. Using public transport will cost about $2.75 one way for metro, or take the express bus for $6.50 one way. Most residents prefer yellow cabs because of privacy concerns, but public transport is cheaper and faster. Hostels go from around $34 per person per night while hotels cost from about $40 for one person per night.
